KAEDAH

64 TAHUN MALAYSIA MERDEKA VIRTUAL RUN/RIDE boleh dilaksanakan secara:

1. Berperingkat ataupun sekali gus di mana sahaja anda berada samada berlari @ berjalan @ berbasikal di kawasan kediaman mahupun di atas treadmill. Yang penting SOP KKM kena patuhi ye.
2. Setiap bukti larian atau berbasikal hendaklah dihantar ke untuk pengesahan.
3. Boleh menggunakan sebarang jenis applikasi larian tetapi hendaklah adanya dinyatakan TARIKH dan MASA larian dilaksanakan.

KATEGORI

Anda boleh memilih setiap kategori yang dipertandingkan ataupun mendapatkan produk design yang sememangnya eksklusif termasuklah Tshirt Acara, Tshirt Penamat, Medal, Drawstring bag, Facemask, Sticker, Sijil Penyertaan Dan Bip Larian (secara elektronik). Pakej Kategori yang akan dilaksanakan adalah seperti berikut:

1. 10KM RUN
2. 21KM RUN/RIDE
3. 64KM RUN/RIDE

PENDAFTARAN

Pendaftaran 64 TAHUN MALAYSIA MERDEKA VIRTUAL RUN/RIDE akan bermula SERTA MERTA dan tamat pada 15 Ogos 21.

TEMPOH LARIAN

Tempoh larian adalah bermula dari 1 Jul 21 dan berakhir pada 31 Ogos 21. Sekiranya masih tidak dapat mencapai jarak larian mengikut kategori, anda boleh memohon untuk melanjutkan tempoh penghantaran bukti larian sehingga 15 Sept 21. Penghantaran bukti larian bolehla dihantar ke link https://forms.gle/tp9K4TorSUkasKPs9.

PENGHANTARAN KIT

Penghantaran kit akan bermula pada 10 Sep 21.

CABUTAN BERTUAH

Bagi setiap pembelian produk dan Pakej Kategori 64 TAHUN MALAYSIA MERDEKA VIRTUAL RUN/RIDE adalah dengan ini LAYAK SELAYAKNYA untuk menyertai CABUTAN BERTUAH dengan hadiah yang menarik dan berbaloi-baloi dengan jumlah RM1500. Cabutan akan dilaksanakan pada 31 Ogos 21.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. 64 TAHUN MALAYSIA MERDEKA VIRTUAL RUN/RIDE (EVENT) is organised by MOHRun Mohaikart (ORGANISER) and is open to anyone. Each participant will attend the event at free will.

2. Participant under age (below 18 years old) are required to seek the permission from their parents/guardians before sign-up for this EVENT.

3. Participant must be fit and sane to participate into this EVENT. The ORGANISER shall not be liable for any accident which arises as a result of nondisclosure of medical condition by the participants.

4. Participant is allowed to use any type of running application/gadget to track and record running or riding progress.

5. Participant is allowed to accumulate running or riding result.

6. Participant agreed to provide all information are required to participate into this EVENT. The ORGANISER may contact the participant from time to time by email. Any notice send to the email address registered for this EVENT shall be considered was received by the participant. If the Participant provided any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the ORGANISER has ground to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the ORGANISER may suspend or terminate the Participant registration and refuse any and all current or future use of the EVENT official page or website.

7.        One Participant registration has been duly processed, there will be NO REFUND for Participant who do not eventually take part in the EVENT for any reason.

8.        All entitlement design, color and materiel are subject to change without notice.

9.        The ORGANISER reserves the right to change or to cancel the EVENT at any time without prior notice to participant, in which case the ORGANISER will make effort to inform the Participant prior to the date. If EVENT has to be cancelled, there shall NO REFUND of fees and the ORGANISER shall not liable for any other loss or inconvenience cause (can be considered). Any updates for the EVENT including any changes of Rules and Regulations will be posted in the MOHRun page. It is the responsibility to the Participant to keep inform with such updates.

10. The ORGANISER reserves the right to cancel and/or add any EVENT category without giving any reasons whatsoever or providing any prior notice to the participant.

11. The ORGANISER reserves the right to cancel or change the lucky draw prize without giving any reasons whatsoever or providing any prior notice to the participant.

12. Participant must take precaution at all time to stay away from activities/deeds that may be deemed unfit for the safety of the participant to prevent any potential hazards.

13. The ORGANISER reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participant), motion pictures, recording, or any other media record of the EVENT, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the ORGANISER.

14. The ORGANISER reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations at any time, at sole discretion, without any prior notice.
